Verne is the representative of Sepro Systems Corp, a Canadian company specialized in the design and supply of gravity, sweeping, washing, sifting, aglomeration, crushing, separation, flotation equipment, systems and concentration plants; as well as metalliferous mineral enriching and aggregates for construction.

In 2008, Sepro was acquired by Falcon, a company that manufactures their prestigious gravimetric concentrators. From this merger, the company currently known as Sepro Systems Corp was born.
